Naming Ceremonies

Welcoming him or her into YOUR family and into this World is an important occasion and should be marked by a special event.

A Naming Ceremony not only gives you that special event, but it also allows you, the parents to formally introduce your little bundle of joy into this world.

It also allows the participation of those other important people you would like to be involved in your child's life — Grandparents, other family members and friends or mentors you may wish to appoint as Godparents or guardians.

While naming ceremonies are often associated with babies — it is not their purview alone — anyone of any age can have a Naming Ceremony and you will often find that young children and adults, who may not have previously been officially named or christened, would like such a ceremony as a celebration of their life.

I will work with you to create a lasting memento of this event.
There are no legal requirements for a ‘Naming’ ceremony.
You will also receive a Naming Certificate presented to you on the day to commemorate the occasion.
